An impactful copy, which attracts and converts the right people, comes from a thought process.
Here’s how I work in 5 simple steps.
I don’t create an effective copy just for inspiration or creativity. I conduct extensive research, respect deadlines and always listen to your ideas.
Because communication is the key to our relationships. And relationships are the key to business (and I would add, our lives).
This is why I created a clear working method in 5 easy steps – from our first greeting to the results that matter to your startup.
Now, immerse yourself in this process, so you already know what to expect.
You landed on this site – a friend recommended me or you read my post and liked what you read.
You contact me from the form, by email or by message and we get to know each other.
I’ll answer you within 24 hours with some questions to see if we can sail on the same boat.
If you have filled out the form, we immediately proceed to the call.
If we’re on the same page, we’ll meet on a videocall to discuss your project.
I’ll ask you some details, and of course you can ask me some questions.
We talked, and I have a good idea what I could do to help.
It is time to agree in writing.
In this short proposal you receive:
50% of the payment is necessary to really start the realization of the project.
This is because with the down payment I can refuse or postpone other projects that would otherwise take your place.
Then I’ll send you an invoice and we’ll proceed.
During the first strategic call we see together the essential questions for:
And much more.
This step can be more or less long depending on the project.
Copywriters don’t just make up words.
They find those of the public who then align with the brand, putting product/service as a means to a transformation.
I’ll navigate the language your audience uses to express desires, problems, challenges, fears.
Also, I’ll ask you to share information about your brand, products or services.
You’ll always have access to documents that are critical to your communication, including buyer personas, competitor analysis, and brand guidlines.
If these are already present, I’ll work with your team to improve them.
Let’s move on to the even more practical part, where you actually get the deliverables tuned in.
N.B. To make sure that you are happy with the final result and that all feedback from the team is integrated, I always include 3 rounds of revisions (even if 1 is usually enough).
In this step we work on the architecture of your site, an email sequence, a sales page or a campaign.
We create a brief with structure, content order and communication angles – so you know exactly what to expect (and we avoid wasting time).
Here is the actual writing.
Complete research, data, guidelines, structures, creativity and communication techniques in an effective text for your brand.
As you can see, writing is in 4 steps and not in 1 steps!
We’re finally here.
Your site, your product sales page or the first articles are ready.
And it’s time to test in the market.
Only once the project is finished, whether it’s a website or an advertising campaign, we start to see the most important data.
Undoubtedly, this information are also unique opportunities to make small changes that can have a high ROI.
Want to keep me with you, design optimization tests and make those 20/80 changes that increase conversions?
Make sure to let me know and we can talk about it.
